Mixed Berry Jam (Strawberry & Blackberry)

Ingredients
- 3 cups capped Strawberries
- 4 cups Blackberries
- 6 cups Sugar
- 2 Lemon Juice
- 1 package Fruit Pectin
Instructions
- Add the sugar, lemon, and berries to a large pot once warm I used my immersion blender to chop all the berries until they were nice and smooth. I cooked just below a boil for about 15 mins.
- Add the Pectin and cook for another 3 mins. Then add to Sterilized jars, add the lids and place in a water bath for 5 mints. This recipe made 5 pints.
