Mixed Berry Jam (Strawberry & Blackberry)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups capped Strawberries
  • 4 cups Blackberries
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Fruit Pectin

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar, lemon, and berries to a large pot once warm I used my immersion blender to chop all the berries until they were nice and smooth. I cooked just below a boil for about 15 mins.
  2. Add the Pectin and cook for another 3 mins. Then add to Sterilized jars, add the lids and place in a water bath for 5 mints. This recipe made 5 pints.
